General principles<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The operating regulations aim to clearly define the rights and obligations of both parties in the business cooperation process between Ember Foods and its partners, to ensure transparency, efficiency and sustainability in the cooperative relationship.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Scope of application:<\/strong> This regulation applies to all transactions of purchasing and selling Ember Foods products between the company and business partners (B2B).<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cooperation principles:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Transparency:<\/strong> Both parties commit to providing each other with complete, accurate and timely information.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Fairness:<\/strong> Contract terms are built on the basis of fairness, reasonableness and ensuring the interests of both parties.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cooperation:<\/strong> Both parties work together to achieve common goals, resolving arising issues quickly and effectively.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Quality:<\/strong> Ember Foods is committed to providing high quality products that fully meet customer requirements.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Information security<\/strong> : All information related to contracts, orders and partners will be kept absolutely confidential and only used for business cooperation purposes between the two parties.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>II. Seller, Buyer, Member<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Seller<\/strong> : Ember Foods Company Limited<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Buyers<\/strong> : Businesses, distributors, restaurants, hotels,&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Members<\/strong> : Members on the Ember website\u2026. including buyers and information seekers, discussion. When participating in the Website, members need to learn about their legal responsibilities under current Vietnamese law and commit to comply with the contents specified in this Regulation.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>III. Collaboration process<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Step 1: Receive request<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Partners send contact information requests to Ember Foods. Ember Foods contacts and advises customers.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Step 2: Contract Agreement<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The two parties will discuss and sign the contract after agreeing on the terms of quantity, quality, price and payment method.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Step 3: Place your order<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The partner executes the order according to the terms agreed in the contract, Ember Foods confirms the order and signs the contract.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Step 4: Payment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The partner makes payment according to the agreed terms (prepayment, post-payment or payment by shipment) as in the contract that both parties have committed to. Ember Foods provides invoices and necessary documents upon request from partners.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Step 5: Delivery<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ember Foods delivers at the time and place agreed upon in the contract.
